Spiritual Formation Pastor

Reports to Lead Pastors
Starting Pay: 30-35k
Responsibilities include:
Spiritual Formation Pastor will be responsible for the spiritual growth of the congregation. This willinclude, but not limited to, the spiritual education and environments of infants through 20-somethings. In addition, the Spiritual Formation Pastor will develop an adult bible study program (currently Equip U) for mid-week spiritual development of adults. For each of these ministry areas: 

• Hiring and/or recruitment of leaders
• Volunteer recruitment and scheduling
• Oversight of programs and direction
• Determine curriculums
• Determine equipment/space needs and be involved in acquisition
