About Us
The Growing Healthy Churches Network doesn’t plant churches – we support leaders who do. We’re about helping high-level leaders discover what God is calling them to and supporting them. Our support strategy is built around ten systems: spiritual vitality, funding, inviting, assessing, vision alignment, training, coaching, caring, creativity and partnering. The success of these systems in the last several years is evident as the Network has partnered with planters beyond northern California. Our planters are located along the west coast and in Hawaii, throughout the Midwest, Kansas City KS area, Dallas TX area, Charlotte NC area and international partnerships in Cuba and Guatemala.
We’ve continued to develop and refine these systems. Less than two years ago we took our assessing system to a new level and launched the GHCN Discovery Center. With a process that uses multiple highly qualified advisors, multiples exercises and tools we’ve been able to help over 50 leaders define what their next step in ministry looks like. The vision alignment system has grown to include over two dozen ministry and business leaders who provide strategic input for new church plant proposals. The GHC Network culture encourages faith for the vision of what God can do, diligence and thoroughness for the planning. Training and coaching systems are continually improved as experienced church planters reinvest their expertise and knowledge to help newer church planters succeed.
In the last 10 years the GHC Network has been able to support a growing number of leaders who have started over 70 new churches. These churches are now worshiping with over 10,000 in average worship attendance and have baptized over 1,500 people.
